King Soba White Rice Paper is organic and gluten free, requires no cooking and is ideal for Vietnamese style spring or summer rolls. Try a savory style with cooked vegetables, tofu or meat and any dipping sauce. Or try a sweet alternative with sliced fresh fruit and a chocolate dipping sauce. Just soak, fill and roll!
Preparation:
- Dip the wraps in warm water for 15-20 seconds,
- Remove gently and shake off excess water
- Lay one wrap (or two if you want a thicker roll) on a flat surface
- Layer your filling at the bottom edge of the wrap. Finish off with fresh herbs
- Fold and roll
- Serve up and eat fresh or lightly fry until golden
- Enjoy with dipping sauce
